With Binatech’s IT Manager service, we can avoid two critical pitfalls: 1) I-T is not rewarded for service visits, as Binatech is incentivized to maintain a system that runs with fewer service interruptions, and 2) external I-T protects us from employing our own internal I-T staff, which typically can be more about keeping I-T staff employed or maintaining their workload than what is good for the company.

Binatech allows us to get service remotely which has reduced any downtime. I feel that the I-T service contact at Binatech has been an excellent way to manage the expectations of both parties.
